Old Overhead Geared Doors (Pre CD45)

A pair of premium quality cones and cables to suit all Cardale pre CD45, overhead torsion sprung canopy doors. These doors are easily identified as the spring is mounted above the door and has a square ended plastic spring adjuster and the door arm is made of flat steel bar as opposed to the later round steel rod found on CD45 overhead torsion sprung doors.

Supplied in pairs including roll pins and tension retaining pin.

A pair of premium quality cones and cables to suit all Cardale CD45, overhead torsion sprung canopy doors. These doors are easily identified as the spring is mounted above the door and has a hexagonal ended metal spring adjuster and the door arm is made of round steel rod as opposed to the earlier flat steel bar found on pre CD45 overhead torsion sprung doors.

Supplied in pairs including roll pins and tension retaining pin.

Compact Geared Doors

A pair of premium quality cones and cables to suit all Cardale compact torsion sprung canopy doors. These doors are easily identified as they have the spring mounted in a casing on the back of door, below centre, instead of overhead as on other torsion sprung canopy doors.

Supplied in pairs including roll pins star washers and tension retaining pin.

Cardale Central Spring Drum Cables

A pair of premium quality cables to suit Cardale Mk2 and Mk3 canopy doors fitted with a central overhead spring drum unit.

Note: If both cables have broken the spring drum will have lost its tension rendering the unit useless. Attempting to restore tension to the spring drum unit is not advisable for safety reasons. If this is the case the existing spring drum unit can be replaced with a Pattern Garador Spring Box Unit of suitable size and lifting capability, please contact us on 01626 776380.

These cables are suitable for doors up to 7'0" (2135mm) by 7'0" (2135mm) high.

Pattern Cardale CD Pro Pulley Cables & Cones*

A pair of genuine cables to suit current Cardale canopy garage doors fitted with CD Pro gear from 2004 to present.

*The cones (pulleys) on CD Pro geared doors are unique within the Cardale range as they allow the cable to be changed on the cones without replacing the cones and cables as a complete assembly.

Care should be taken to ensure that the cones are not worn or damaged which would indicate replacement of the complete assembly would be a better option.
