Aluroll Fully Automated Insulated Roller Garage Door

The Aluroll Roller Door is fully automated as standard, no additional automation system is required. This durable door is manufactured to a high specification and provides good insulation and excellent security.

The doors are made to measure from interlocking insulated aluminium slats which are foam filled, heavy duty 70mm or 90mm guide channels, double brush seals in guides and rubber bottom weatherstrip gives excellent draught proofing, powder coated in brown or white as standard. 

To order your Roller Door please select the size from the size brackets above.  To calculate which size bracket to choose, please follow the example below:

If your opening is 2250mm wide and 2050mm high, add 150mm to the width (150mm on doors up to 3500mm wide and 180mm on doors over 3500mm wide) and 300mm to the height, your door width x height will become 2400mm over guide width x 2350mm over box height.  Your size bracket would be 2500mm x 2400mm.

Once you have selected the size, before clicking the 'buy now' button please select any optional extras if required, for example, extra hand transmitter, external manual override.  Once optional extras have been ticked hit the 'buy now' button on your door size and the optional extras will automatically be added to your basket.

During the checkout process, please add the following details in the special instructions box on the checkout page:

• the exact door size you require (e.g. 2400mm x 2350mm)
• the door colour required (please select from the colour options below)
• the guide, end plate and box colour required (available in either white or brown)

Colours available: White (RAL 9010), Black (RAL 9005), Brown (RAL 8019), Moss Green (RAL 6005), Navy Blue (RAL 5011), Light Beige (BS 08817), Burgundy (RAL 3004), Light Grey (RAL 7035), Metallic Silver (RAL 9006), Anthracite (RAL 7016), Yellow (RAL 1033), Teak (supplied with brown bottom lath, guide and box) or Medium Oak.  Please note - due to differences in monitors, the colours shown are as a guide only.

A Site Dimensions form will be emailed to you within 24 hours of receipt of your order for your completion.  This is to confirm door measurements to ensure that you receive the correct size door.

This door is not available as a manual door, it comes fully automated and includes:

Tubular Motor 
Ansa RX-1 Control Panel 
Photocell Safety Reverse System (optional Light Grid available - instead of one beam across the width of the door, up to 40 beams are transmitted to form a grid of beams)
Two Keyfob Hand Transmitters 
Internal Manual Override (optional External Manual Override available in case no other access into the garage other than the garage door).
Auto locking as standard
 
Price includes powder coated end plates, guides and a full roll box (full box cover totally enclosing the rolling mechanism) all powder coated in white or brown.

To select the correct size, please add 180mm to your brick opening width and 300mm to the opening height, (if your tight for sideroom and headroom, we do offer the Compact Roller Door, which as 68mm Guides and 205mm Header).
