Garage Door Ordering Process

When purchasing your new garage door and/or remote control system, we offer assistance before and after checkout. Once you have purchased your door, our customer service department will contact you to confirm your measurements. Please be assured that we will do everything we can to minimise the risk of ordering the incorrect size door.

Our order process is simple, please follow these steps

• Select your door. Please refer to our buying guide if you are unsure of which type of door to purchase.
• Select which size door you need to order. Please check the link in the door details to confirm how to measure and choose the right size.
• Select any optional extras you may require and then click the ‘buy now’ button to take you through the checkout process.
• After you have placed your order, we will send you a confirmation email and ask you to complete our Site Survey Form (as detailed on the confirmation email).  Alternatively, please click here to print out our Site Survey Form and complete as soon as possible. To return the form to us, you can:
• Fax us on 01626 778316
• Post (first class recommended) to Garage Doors SW, Unit D, 38 Dawlish Business Park, Exeter Road, Dawlish, Devon EX7 0NH
• Scan and email to garagedoorssw@btinternet.com
• Once we have received the form we will check all the details to verify that you have ordered the correct size door. We will contact you by telephone within one working day to confirm the order and discuss any queries if we have any. If you are unable to print out the Site Survey Form, please contact us and we will send you a copy by post.
