This service, which is free of any obligation to purchase will ensure that the correct door, lifting gear and timber frame is supplied at the most competitive price. We are also happy to offer you a written quotation detailing the cost of as many choices of door as you require.

All fitting work is carried out by our own FULLY QUALIFIED INSTALLATION TEAMS. We do not subcontract.

Postage and Packaging

United Kingdom: (garage doors ship free).

Note: All orders over the value of £175 are shipped FREE OF CHARGE.

For smaller parts the cost of shipping is automatically calculated according to weight, and is clearly displayed in the shopping basket before you check out.

Delivery Times

Spare Parts and Operators: Please allow 5 working days. Larger parts must be signed for. In the event that no one is available to sign, goods will be returned to our carrier’s depot and you will be contacted to arrange a convenient time to re-deliver, any additional costs incurred will be automatically charged for and receipts will be forwarded on.

Garage Doors: Please allow between 7 days – 4 weeks. We will call you to arrange a delivery time before we dispatch your door. Prices do NOT include fitting. Please see under Servicing Options > Door Installation on the product menu for fitting costs.

Refunds

SPARE PARTS:

If you find that the spare parts order are the incorrect part required, we will exchange these for the correct parts once identified, any additional costs will be charged accordingly, obviously if the required part is cheaper than the original part that was ordered, then a refund will be issued. Please Note: Any replacement parts which are sent out will incur an additional postage charge, but this will be reduced to half price.

GARAGE DOORS & REMOTE CONTROL SYSTEMS:

All orders for Garage Doors & Remote Control Systems can be returned to us, providing they haven't been installed/unwrapped and the fitting packs are unopened & undamaged, A charge of 50% for restocking will be incurred, plus any transportation costs incurred from our suppliers.

INSTALLATION:

Should there be anything which prevents the installation being carried which is outside our control, then a charge of £100 + VAT will be applied to cover a wasted visit, this is in addition to any restocking charges on the garage door &/or remote control systems.

Cancellations

You have the right to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing your order over the internet, an email must be received within the 24 hour period, If you cancel your order outside this period you will have your payment refunded, provided you return the goods at your cost to reach us in an undamaged/unopened condition, a charge of £10 + VAT will be incurred to cover postage and admin cost at our end.
